Ramy Issac is one of the most popular architects in New York. With 30 years of experience in architecture and building design, Ramy Issac has been shaping New York City and surrounding areas with his great and innovative architectural ideas. Currently, Mr. Ramy is the president at Issac & Stern, one of the well-renowned architecture firms in NYC. 

Ramy and his team have worked on a number of building projects in various cities, such as Manhattan, Chelsea, New Jersey, New York and Brooklyn. Art plays a very important role in Ramy’s life. In fact, most of the buildings designed by him are inspired from art. His first exposure to art was when he was living in an artist colony of Israel. Later, he got the inspiration to devote most of his time painting and drawing during his teenage days. 


From penthouses to offices, apartments, nightclubs, restaurants, churches and synagogues, these are some of the projects Ramy worked on. In this post, we will sneak into some of the stunning buildings designed by Ramy in Brooklyn. 

  • A beautiful, four-story residential building at 186 Huron Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn - This residential building has ten units, which almost look like boutique condos. The structure of the building is concrete based and comes with a rear yard and a cellar.

  • A striking residential building at 173 McGuinness Boulevard in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. This is an eight-story building located Meserole Avenue and Calyer Street and comes with a steel-based structure. 

  • A mixed-use building at 533 Pacific Street in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. This beautiful 11-story building is proposed to have a concrete-based structure and nine enclosed parking spaces.
