architectural ideas. Currently, Mr. Ramy is the president at Issac & Stern, one
of the well-renowned architecture firms in NYC.
Ramy and his team have worked on a number of building projects in
various cities, such as Manhattan, Chelsea, New Jersey, New York and Brooklyn. Art
plays a very important role in Ramy’s life. In fact, most of the buildings
designed by him are inspired from art. His first exposure to art was when he

This is an eight-story building located Meserole Avenue and Calyer Street
and comes with a steel-based structure.
- A mixed-use
building at 533 Pacific Street in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. This beautiful
11-story building is proposed to have a concrete-based structure and nine
enclosed parking spaces.
