Ramy Issac’s New Giant-Sized Condo project At 359 Second Avenue

YIMBY has unveiled designs for a new project at 359 Second Avenue. The 13-story building will hold its location in Gramercy, Manhattan. The permits of the Magnificient condo projects were filed in August last year. Possessing a height of 145-foot, the building will have both residential and commercial units. It would be spotted on the corner of East 21st Street and Second Avenue. The area is approximately five blocks away from the 23rd Street subway station, serviced by the 6 train. The facade of the building is supposed to have a touch of contemporary trends.

The residential area will be spaced over 63,943 square feet, whereas 27,492 square feet is going to be allotted for the amenities contributed to the community. In addition, 5,758 square feet is designated for commercial purpose. The building will comprise of 53 apartments. Each apartment is likely to hold a space of about 1,206 square feet.

Apart from this, the massive development will have a basement, a white stone facade, Juliet balconies and floor to ceiling windows. The dates for its completion have not been yet revealed. The project is under the leading Issac and Stern Architects firm.
