Ramy’s New Residential Building Project Is about to Rise At 324 East 93rd Street in Yorkville

A new building project is all prepared to be completed soon at  324 East 93rd Street, in Yorkville, Manhattan. One of the talented architects of Issac & Stern Architects, Ralph Kowalczyk, has steered the design of the six-story building. Immobiliare Capital and Nexus Building Development Group are responsible for its development.

The new building designs will have 6 condo units on 6 floors, with an area of 1672 square feet allocated to each unit, along with a height of 60 feet tall. Also, it will have a rear yard of 30 feet long. The condo covers a total area of 13, 309 square feet, out of which 10,030 square feet is for residential use.

The building is exactly located between 1st and 2nd Avenue. The date of its completion has not been revealed yet. But the project is likely to reach its completion soon.
