Ramy Issac - Issac & Stern Architectural Firm

Ramy Issac, a well-renowned architect across New York City, has been working on a variety of different projects including apartment buildings, penthouses, churches, restaurants and so much more. He and his team of architects at Issac & Stern architectural firm have recently worked on two projects. 


  • 33 McGuinness Boulevard in Greenpoint, Manhattan 


Owned by Belvedere Capital and designed by Issac & Stern, permits for an 8-story mixed-use building have been filed. The site is just a few blocks away from the Nassau Avenue subway station and located between Driggs Avenue and Nassau Avenue. The proposed project will be 80 feet tall covering an area of 21,051 square feet. The residential space in this project will yield 18,295 square feet. 


  • 359 Second Avenue at Gramercy, Manhattan 


A 13 story mixed-use building designed by Issac & Stern Architects and developed by Silverback Development is located on the corner of East 21st Street and Second Avenue. The proposed project will be 145 feet tall covering an area of 97,193 square feet. 


The completion date of both the projects is yet to be announced. Stay tuned for more information about the projects.
