211 Jackson Street In East Williamsburg, Brooklyn

The 211 Jackson street building in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, is designed to be a 50-foot tall structure. It is an upcoming development project designed by Issac & Stern Architects. The development will have seven units in total. It will occupy a 5,959 square feet area with 4,976 square feet designated for residential space. The astonishing building will feature a masonry-based structure, a cellar, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

136–21 Hillside Avenue, Kew Gardens, Queens

Located at 136–21 Hillside Avenue, in Kew Gardens, Queens, a four-story structure is designed by Issac & Stern Architects. The 48-foot tall structure will yield 18,140 square feet of commercial space dedicated to medical use. It will feature curtain-wall windows on the ground floor and a silver façade above, with large aluminum-framed windows. The project’s estimated completion date is yet to be determined.

1009 Second Avenue in Manhattan, NY

It is a new condo development designed by Issac & Stern Architects. The modern residential complex development is located in the most promising areas of 1009 Second Avenue in Manhattan, NY. It is currently in the preconstruction phase. It will be a 19-story residential building with 29-units in total.
