The permits have been filed for the proposed 76-foot-tall development located between Ralph Avenue and Patchen Avenue. The building will feature 89 residences, a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 50 enclosed parking spaces.
827 Sterling Place In Crown Heights, Brooklyn, NY
Issac & Stern Architects are also working as the architectural firm responsible for a seven-story residential building at 827 Sterling Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The proposed project is estimated to be 70-foot-tall and will feature 79 residences with a residential space of 53,098 sq. ft. It will also include a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
