Ramy Issac is an architect, an artist, and the founder of New York City architecture firm Issac & Stern. Ramy Issac studied art and architecture at Technion in Haifa, where he earned his bachelor's degree and graduated cum laude. After interning in Sodertelege, Sweden, at the mayor's office while completing his undergraduate program, Ramy Issac decided to immigrate to New York and enrolled in the Pratt Institute to complete his master's program in architecture. He holds dual degrees in architecture and city planning and has had a wide array of projects that cover both residential and commercial buildings across New York City.
Ramy Issac has had his hand in designing apartments, penthouses, churches, restaurants, nightclubs, and synagogues. His ultimate goal in designs has always been to blend the aesthetics of a building with its functionality seamlessly. Ramy Issac has taken neglected parts of the city, like blocks of Greenpoint, and turned them into architectural feats. Ramy Issac took a neglected building and designed it to include striking and classic features. He created apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious balconies that allow tons of natural light into the buildings making it an ideal space for any New Yorker to live in.
