Sneak peek into another spectacular project by Ramy Issac

Ramy Issac has been inspiring a number of budding architects through his beautifully designed buildings and offices in and around New York. Currently, he is a president at Issac & Stern, one of the leading architecture firms. Ramy has been giving his innovative and creative ideas to the world of architecture and building design for the past 30 years. When it comes to designing buildings, Ramy and his team of talented architects believe in completing the job correctly, so that building abides by architecture and designing standards.

This means before starting the designing process and construction of any building, prior permission is taken from the New York Department of Building. Most of the buildings designed by Ramy are inspired by art. Besides being a successful and registered architect in New York, he has gained a lot of popularity for his paintings and drawings.

Today, we will sneak into another breathtaking residential building designed by Ramy at 496 Prospect Place.

Designed by Issac & Stern, the construction of a six-story residential building at 496 Prospect Place was undertaken by Brooklyn-based developers “Level One Holdings.” The building is exactly situated between Grand and Classon avenues. You can also locate it at the border of Crown Heights and Prospect Heights, very close to the grand steps of the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and  Brooklyn Museum.

According to the permits filed, the construction of this six-story luxury condo building was started in 2017 with six residential units and each covering an area of 1131 SqFt. Each floor has one apartment with private residential storage units in the basement. There is no parking facility, as it is not required.

The construction of this breathtaking luxury building was completed in 2019 and is up for sale since 14 Feb 2019. If you want to take possession of one of the condominiums, hurry up before it's too late.
