As per the information available on the YIMBY, an apartment building has been developed on a site at 2269 1st Avenue that was previously covered by a five-story school building. This nine-story building designed by Issac & Stern contains a total of 90 units. The building has a ground floor covering 3,995 square feet of retail space, followed by floors designated for residential purposes. The initial area of the building was 69,093 square feet, which was later expanded by 25,000 square feet. Some of the exciting amenities that tenants get to enjoy are a private terrace, media room, fitness center, lounge, and media room.
