Ramy Issac’s New 19-story Innovative Construction Project In Midtown East, Manhattan

Ramy Issac is one of the renowned architects in New York that has always managed to impress people with his innovative yet stylish building designs. In his childhood, he always dreamed of becoming a top architect in the United States. Following this dream, he arrived in the United States in the 80s. He holds dual degrees in architecture and city planning.

With his sheer hard work and dedication, he established his own architecture firm “Issac & Stern” after 30 years when he came to the US. He has worked on countless design projects including penthouses, businesses, nightclubs, apartments, and restaurants. 


Let’s peek into the Ramy Issac’s New Project’s details

An extensive 19-story building intended for mixed purpose is all set to be constructed at 1009 Second Avenue in Midtown East, Manhattan. This January, the demolition permits for the new building were filed.

The building’s location is going to be between East 53rd Street and East 54th Street. This area is located nearby the Lexington Avenue-53 Street subway station, serviced by the E and M trains.

The owner behind the application is Abraham Lokshin. He is under LFL Partners LLC. The renowned Architect firm of Issac & Stern is holding responsibility for its architect design.

The Tall building structure will have a height of 210 feet. The total area occupied by the building will be 51,342 square feet, among which 39,874 square feet is for residential area and 2,241 square feet is intended for commercial purposes. A total of 29 residences will be built, with each having the average unit size of 1,374 square feet. 

Other features of the building include:
  • A cellar
  • A 30-foot-long rear yard
The completion date for this enormous construction by Ramy Issac has not been revealed yet.
