Ramy’s New Project Revealings For 881 Lexington Avenue in Stuyvesant, Manhattan

What  Ramy Issac’s New Project has to Offer:

Issac and Sterns, the renowned architect firm, is responsible for the beautiful building design located at 881 Lexington Avenue in Stuyvesant Heights, Brooklyn. The construction has started off to create a six story various-purpose building. According to YIMBY, the permits for the project was filed on june 2019. The concrete structure will be constructed between Broadway and Patchen Avenue, and is two blocks west of Gates Avenue subway Station.

This new development will be traversed over the area 17,826 square feet, and will have the height of 70-foot. The residential space will cover the area of 17,244 square feet. And 582 square feet will be dedicated to commercial use. It consists of 24 residential apartments covering an area of 718 sq feet each. In addition, cellar and a 12 enclosed parking spaces will be created for residents.

The completion date of the construction is yet to get disclosed.
